Public status reports

We collect the service, selected symptom, optional affected component, report time, and country when available. Reports use a one-way network identifier that changes daily to limit duplicate submissions. The reporting database does not store your raw IP address. Our hosting provider processes network information to deliver and protect the site.

Public pages show aggregate report counts and symptoms. Country breakdowns are shown only after at least three matching reports. A report is not published as a named customer message.

Subscriptions and support

For checkout we store your email, selected plan, optional service context, consent record, and Stripe checkout/customer/subscription references. Support requests store your email, topic, message, and request status. These records are used to provide billing support and arrange pilot setup; they are not published on status pages.

Stripe hosts payment entry and manages payment methods. OutageLens does not collect or store full card numbers. See Stripe’s privacy information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if you allow analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Our configured analytics events exclude contact details and report contents.

Your information

Billing and support records remain in our systems for service delivery and record keeping. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, send a privacy request. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
